The aim is to develop the capacity in human nature and to coordinate their expression for the enrichment and progress of society,by equipping children with spiritual moral and material knowledge. At certain moments in history education must act as a powerful instrument for profound social transformation.
Children are the only assets that parents have today.For their selfless love.nurturing care and you think our children should be better equipped with the art of self-discipline to meet this challenge? ‘Discipline is the backbone of successful educational process’.But discipline and corporal punishments are divorced faculties.otherwise criminals who undergo several physical punishments would become number one citizens of the country but reverse is true.Only necessary discipline that is self discipline or self control that can only be achieved by support from parents in particular,society in general because they will be the real beneficiaries if they cooperate with the educational institutions to produce disciplined citizens.
Do not treat your child like a fixed deposit in the bank,which you deposit and forget,till the date of maturing, when you have to collect it.Here you are dealing with a living asset. The output could be higher or lower than your expectations depending on your input in terms of encouragement support and interest in your child’s performance . A lot depends upon how closely you monitor what he is being taught.
To achieve this, the society on its parts must restore the traditional role of teachers as tansmittters of morality, the builders of character, custodian of culture. The teacher must enjoy the support of the greater community, a respect that flows logically from recognizing the teachers true station.
The teachers on their part should practice patterns of behavior that create a climate of encouragement in the classroom. They should relinquish the idea that they are the fountainheads of knowledge rather they from a partnership with their students in a shared learning process demonstrating that they too are learners. This idea has a liberating effect on the students as it helps them to see themselves as directions of their own learning and or individuals. Who can determine the course their lives will take.

We believe that education is not about mere imparting knowledge but more about opening children’s mind and self expression. I have realized that with a little hard work, Some attention from Parents, Guidance and Put on the back from teachers Makes the process of learning eases acceptable and more enjoyable for the child.Thus the school endeavors few inculcate curiosity and promote learning.
